The room was well-appointed and comfy with tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a dining area.

I have stayed in double room for 1 night, it was complete with excellent value for money, well maintained bathroom, as example. I had a coffeemaker and glassware. The staff was willing to help and provided lots of information.

the location was good for exploring this safe area, close enough to the airport, the nairobi railway terminals and the shopping mall and kenya.

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with well maintained bathroom, a really comfy bed plus bottled water and that was great. The staff was willing to help, nothing too much trouble. The location was magnificent, adjacent to a big shopping mall on Mombasa road and JKIA airport.

In general the staff were very welcoming and flexible. It was a comfortable and stunning location short walk to both SGR and airport for easy transfer, the shopping mall and a car rental.

The location was marvellous in the garden area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor plus the bed of mine was a little hard.
